Re: Ally won’t report PAID off LOAN I too paid off a car loan with Ally Bank on 3 26 2021 and have received the title, however they have not updated my credit report with any of the credit bureaus I did a pdf of my statement and a pdf showing the loan as paid in full and filed a credit dispute directly with Experian

Ally auto charged off my car loan last month I heard on another forum it is possible to have a charge off reversed However everything I have read says that it is impossible to get a charge off reversed Has anyone ever got an ally auto charge off reversed or does anyone know if it is even possible

Re: Ally Financial and Chapter 7 Reaffirm or no? No experience with Ally, however your instincts seem right -- if Ally still has a borrower on the loan that's not filing bankruptcy and the loan remains current, there's no reason the vehicle should be reposessed

It was a huge high volume legit car dealer hah not those buy here pay here deals Brand new VW bank is Ally Financial So if its is for real, I'm out a lot then Does the dealer request the car back? I'm hoping it isnt a fight because they are a pretty huge dealership in PA
