    Removing the %SystemRoot% one and leaving the hard-coded one in might be faster in that Windows is not having to decode the %SystemRoot% environment variable into its true value when you check your path Though if Windows was 'smart', it probably decodes it only once and stores it in memory in its decoded format

    It wasn't exact, but gave me a hint! In the properties of the folder, it doesn't have any icon customizing, but instead, there is a tab for designating the exact place of the Documents folder I designated a random folder, and then restored the folder position back Then the new windows started to display the localized name again (had to restart explorer exe for full implementation) Thank you
