If the test DLCs show on your account in 3DMark page in Steam, you should also be able to tick the boxes there and enable downloading them If Steam refuses to download them, your Steam client has an issue - recommend trying the refresh option I mentioned above

When 3Dmark is installed, if I try and download the individual benchmarks, they just open the application and still show as "NOT OWNED" and greyed out If I press "get" on them (when in their sub-view) the app just says something about it not being able to read from "null", indicating it's not finding anything at the directory it's pointed at

Just tested with my Steam Here 3DMark installed, tests other than Time Spy installed, enabled tickbox next to "Time Spy upgrade" on Library -> 3DMark page and immediately my download tab on Steam started to download a 1 7GB update to 3DMark which is the test content for Time Spy

I think u can, login to www 3dmark com, go to settings Then scroll down, u 'll see the licences u have Behind every licence is a download button
