I ran a mog run on my Evoker, DK, Horde and Alliance Paladins, and Warrior for a month before it finally dropped for my Paladin I know that doesn't answer your question but that was just my experience Reply With

I neglected to include this but hit over soft cap has a lower value than mastery for dw currently, this may change as weapon dps increases though 2h is notably behind dw but I'll be working on optimizing gear sets for pre-raid normal heroic of both dw and 2h tomorrow If you notice anything that improves the profile feel free to critique
