I've been with USCCA for years and with all the negative press coverage lately and things coming out about their coverage, litigation, and the way their insurance program works I decided to make a change Attorneys on retainer has really developed a solid service I did a lot of research between CCW safe and AOR I feel like AOR offers a unique product in that they are not an insurance company

With recent news about USCCA and CCW Safe policies, there does seem to be a move away from insurance-based providers and more towards actual attorney services I'm somewhat black-pilled on the industry, since the reason there are like 10+ providers is because there's evidently money to be made,

I don't use arag attorney but I pay it as it's cheaper insurance than my retainer attorneys That said the estate stuff is pretty decent list but anything else you should shop around

The Exclusions for coverage are plain and written With criminal charges, It just matters when your policy membership decides to drop you, either in jail, during the trial, or after when you are left holding the financial bag Even an alleged Criminal needs a Defense Attorney who will stick by them during ALL criminal or civil matters
