Support, which was a joke, because after several weeks it became clear that they were only interested in pointing fingers at other things that might be causing it, instead of acknowledging the clear design flaw in Yahoo! Mail I don't see the pop-up in Firefox, but it's still horrifically slow -- worse than in Chrome
