I have created a model with units in inches, now I want to convert it to mm without changing the values (ie 25in +25mm) I have searched over the options but I couldn't find it

I have a newbie who started modeling a part on the default template which as you know uses mm as the default units I don't want to redraw the part from scratch on a "inches" template; how do I scale the part set the correct template Thanks in advance!

I have changed all the document and default document properties to Inches but it still keeps my solidworks import in MM All it is doing is showing MM diminsion with the " at the end

Ok so i modeled a part in SW2019 in inches but thought I was in MM The dimensions reflect the mm sizes so when I change units, the dimensions change to the mm value and part is way too big Is there a way to preserve the original dimension numbers in SW I used to be able to do this in Inventor by specifying to keep dimension numbers intact Anything like that in SW?

I'm trying to find a way to show all my dimensions in my drawing with a consistent unit format When I select show units of dimension in document properties I can get the units to show however my fractions show (") instead of (in) Is there a way or workaround to have all my units, fraction or decimal, to show either (") or (in) I know I can type in the dimension text but I'd like to avoid

I have a drawing with millimeters for primary units and inches for secondary units I have rounding set to "Round half away from zero" I have one dimension that has a tolerance of ±0 15mm, which is equal to ~0 0059in With the secondary tolerance set to three decimal places, this rounds to 0 006in as expected When I select "Inward rounding" for this dimension, the secondary tolerance rounds

Hello all, I need to create a drawing with dual dimensions, the units system for the drawing is MMGS because the customer wants inspection done in millimeters, while dimensions in inches are needed for our machinists Here's a mockup drawing showing the issue on my system where dual dimensioning works for linear dimensions on the left, but on the right where I have dual dimensions turned on
