This would go into the top of an array of ex nihilo crucibles to create the lava (torches melt cobble at 1x speed, lava is 2x speed, netherrack on fire = 3x speed, and blazing pyrotheum is a whopping 7x speed) Some sort of liquid piping would come off the sides of the crucibles and send the lava into a lava generator or magmatic dynamo

Ex Nihilo is not meant to be an all in one mod It's sole purpose is to give you access to the things you need a normally generated world in a skyblock map If you want automation, you should be adding additional mods to your play
