Exhausted all avenues, cant login to thinkorswim Anyone go through something similar? Ever since I was migrated over to schwab I have had no access to the desktop application Every time I try to login, my user ID just disappears from the input bar I can log into the mobile app and the web based app but not desktop

So, I'm able to login to thinkorswim on my laptop and my iphone except my desktop pc For some reason, everytime I type my login id and hit continue everything goes blank and makes me re-type my login id again for an unlimited amount without taking me to the next portion which is typing my password for me to login
