Anybody else notice the absurd amount of animals they've got in those pens? Chickens goats and sheep piled on top and each other When I drove by yesterday in the pouring rain I realized they don't even have enough shelter to get or of the weather

Hackettstown "sold their soul" to Green Acres; there is no "taking back our community pool" What they CAN do is to get rid of the grills; it seems to be a major draw to out-of-towners and not an amenity that is used much by town residents

you could also talk to independence, which has 3 basketball courts and a slight hill so easier for people to watch, and has a pavilion for food they have made field of dreams green acres available for other events (field hockey, softball, baseball tournaments, summer events, walk-a-thons, etc )
