I agree! As to the original question, I don't know why MSN comments are so hateful: if I knew, I'd post it here! Last weekend, on the news article about Justin Bieber and his face paralysis, which caused him to cancel multiple shows recently, people were unsympathetic and exhibited schadenfreude (the enjoyment of others' suffering)
