So I ran a Malwarebytes scan and It came up saying that “Avast Secure Browser” was a trojan I thought it may have been a virus naming itself after Avast’s browser, but when I reset after quarantining, I found that Avast’s browser based off of Chromium was uninstalled I scanned 2 days prior and

Effectively, can someone reassure me that a) this is a good idea to use a secure DNS either on Windows Settings overall or through my Chrome browser settings, and b) that it will have no effect whatsoever on Malwarebytes blocking its own list known malicious IP addresses, pings, connections, and traffic?
