Leaveweb balance is updated typically once per month around when your LES comes available If there's a discrepancy between leaveweb and your LES leave balance then go with whatever your LES says

Yeah, your leaveweb balance doesn't really matter too much Does it match your LES? Your pay record is the important piece and the official record I had my leaveweb, and LES not match for almost a year while back, just had to know what my actual balance was Also, if it does match you LES and hasnt charged any leave, then it might be something wrong with the leave return
