Hi guys, I often see Etsy sellers offering really cheap shipping, like $6 with expedited parcels via Canada Post I am thinking about selling but every time I enter in the package size (which is about the same size as the products being offered $6 shipping), I usually get a rate that's way more expensive, approx $15-$18

My customer is understandably upset, Canada Post is requesting proof of tariffs paid but all I have is a label receipt from Etsy I'm waiting to hear back from Etsy as to why she is being charged twice for tariffs and for clarification

Can't buy shipping labels from Canada Post Anyone else having this problem? I'm trying to buy the labels directly from the Etsy site and no dice : ( It keeps saying "You just purchased 0 labels 1 label failed to purchase"
