- Rifle Scopes - Nightforce vs Leupold | Snipers Hide Forum
The two scopes I am looking at currently are a Leupold Mark 4 ER or LR 6 5-20 which prodeals for 950-1150 (LR ER) Or Nightforce 5 5-22 NXS for around 1950 (zero stop) Now I understand the nightforce makes better glass but is it going to be wasted on this rifle platform?

I have 7 Nightforce NXS scopes and 3 Bushnell Elite FFP G2DMR 3 5-21X50 scopes I really like the G2DMR but the NXS 5 5-22X56 remains my favorite The poor location of the illuminated reticle on the NF and the lack of one on the G2DMR doesn't bothering me since I have never use it on the NF But the decision is one only you can make

Re: Schmidt Bender vs NightForce Let me have it I owned a night force and was happy with it until a got time behind a friends Schmidt I sold my night force and own a s b now The downside is I need 2 more scopes right now and it's hard to swallow 7k fr 2 more but I don't want anything else I am interested in a us optics but at that point it's not to much more for the s b I know I love
