you can't transfer apps to another account just install the apps after signing into the cc desktop app with your new account also, using your new adobe id, contact adobe support and see if they can cancel the old account there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

Hello- When I assign a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro, the user installs it however they also get a Creative Cloud Desktop app with the option to install all those other applications I only want to install 1 thing and not give such options Is there a way to install to not get this?
