You can either take the D-6 clearance documentation from the court and a check for $60 00 to your local driver license office or, you can mail a copy of the clearance documentation along with a check made out to DDL to:

Your driving privilege has been suspended due to outstanding tickets in the counties indicated on the previous page You will need to pay the outstanding tickets and a $60 00 reinstatement fee
