There is no drinking age in International Waters, so on a cruise ship any age limit is totally up to the discretion of the cruise line Since the age does vary by line (and sometimes by itinerary) one must check the policy of the particular cruise line We have been on lines with a 21 age limit and others with an 18 limit And some of the European lines have an even more liberal policy
