wondering if anyone knows of a way to track a store’s cash back rate history for example I know Nordstrom rarely ever goes above 1 or 2%, but Zappos can fluctuate from 2% to 12% and i’m curious if anyone’s found a way to track patterns over time to know if the current rate is pretty standard or low?
