I have accidentally changed the details of my previous staff to a new employee I didn't realise this would affect all previous payslips and payment summary Could you please advise how I can change this back?

Old data can be overwritten but payslips remain and employee cannot be deleted because Xero thinks it is in a payrun This is a cyber security breach as old data of ex employees can still be accessed and cannot be deleted

Hi Go to the Employees, and click on History to find the terminated employee Click into it Click on the Timesheets Tab and the timesheets will appear However, you can't click on the timesheets to view them, you need to click on the arrow on the right hand side to download the timesheet to view it

For anyone who may still be needing an answer to this - if you go to the accounting tab and click 'reports', scroll down to the 'payroll' section and select 'Employee Contact Details' you can download employee information to an excel sheet

Click the employee's name to open their details Select the Employment tab At the bottom of the screen, click End employment Under Termination date, select the employee’s last day of employment This can't be before the employee's start date, or more than 10 years from the current date
