citibank ATT universal card contacts would someone be able to share these contacts with me? I'm looking for someone higher up to correct my account I have been on a payment plan and they autodebit money each month, well someone at citi changed my due date once as requested and then the next debit was not taken out

About 12 years ago I defaulted on an AT T Universal Card, which was issued by Citibank Since then I have not applied for any Citi cards, under the assumption that I'm on a blacklist I've occasionally checked Citi's prequalification page and have come up empty

Charter member usually means you signed up for the card during the first year it was offered My father had the ATT Universal card thru Citi and it shows Charter Member in black script at the bottom

Constant problems with Citi online logging on For the last 6 or 8 months, the biggest headache with any credit card is signing on with CitiBank I we have 2 branded Citi cards, a Costco Visa and Citi-backed Wawa and Home Depot (actually 2 HD cards mine and the DW's)
