Your best bet on a budget would probably be to just buy a cheap Barra-swapped AU or BA Falcon with a welded diff and take it to a skid pad (if you want to do it legally) Despite running inline 6's, those motors skid very well and those cheap Falcons have developed a cult following now for how easy and cheap they are to set up for it
