I took advantage of a special GIC rate last year with Scotiabank, and I am now trying to transfer the funds from my RSP GIC to my RSP with iTrade First, it took almost two hours on hold to get someone from iTrade to tell me that the only way to request this was an email (or mailed) form with a physical signature (no e-signature allowed, even in 2024) Second, today, I received an email back
