Yeah I should check with revolution and see where theirs are made Interesting @Jerry Bransford knows a lot about the Revolution gears, but I believe he said they are made by Circle K in Korea I'm sure he'll chime in shortly

Yukon gears are also Cryogenically Treated Tempered Revolution are heat treated The difference is cryo tightens up the molecules making the gears slightly stronger but more wear resistant whereas heat treating makes them a bit stronger Many manufacturers do neither

Most set-up problems I have seen are with G2 and Yukon Gears But that aside, Yukon, Revolution, G2 and many other gears are the same thing from the same factory in Korea (they will be stamped with the circle "K" logo) Argue about differences all you want; they are the same thing and the differences are just general manufacturing tolerance issues
