The association with Yahoo ended many years ago and any BTYahoo email accounts would have been "updated" to BTMail email accounts You can log onto BTMail using this link or the one shown at the top of this web page

Re: Webmail: stuck in a login loop I went through to Tech Support Chat this evening and eventually solved the issue Downloading Chrome (rather than using Edge) allowed me to log into the webmail accounts (and I could log into webmail on Chrome on my mobile)
