A two-story, nine-room building on the corner of Mendiola and Legarda Streets in Manila served as NTC’s first campus Dr Jose P Laurel, who later became the president of the Republic of the Philippines, served as the first Chancellor of the College He served the NTC community from 1928 to 1953
