What a shitshow of a company Loan A, daughters loan has a due date of 10 15, a sunday She logs on and cannot choose today 9saturdaY or tomorrow, the due day (sunday) if she chooses monday the 16th it states that you are choosing a date past your due date And no custoemr service lines open on a weekend

Nelnet sends you the notification 24 hours before they initiate the refund just to make sure you have the correct refund method selected It doesn’t necessarily always take 10 business days
