Overall, Shopgoodwill has the potential to be a great source for some items but the customer service is on par with the worst eBay sellers There seems to be an attitude that because they are a non-profit, the customer should surrender their expectation for basic ecommerce etiquette

Do we know if they highest bidder won the item or just set the highest bid without actually reaching the reserve price If it behaves like Ebay, the reserve price isn't revealed, although the first bidder to pass it would have a pretty good idea of what it was If the reserve isn't met
