Instead of scaling the 4K display to a percentage (i e 200%), set the Display Resolution to HD 1920x 1080 and the scaling back to 100% That approach makes no difference It is not the size of the window that's a problem It is the illegible details in the edit window Been fighting this for hours today Found a bit of help from a colleague on YT:
