I have been using the Fidelity Rewards card (provided by Elan Financial) for years, and recently applied for credit limit increase I got notification from credit agencies of Hard Enquiry!! can you imagine just a credit limit increase doing a hard enquiry and that too without first informing me?

That depends on your credit history, income, and other existing accounts 2 of my Elan cards started at $10k and the 3rd (first chronologically) still stayed over $8k, but I had a long history and other cards in the high 4, low 5 digits

It is really a Elan Financial CC with the Fidelity name on it For anything and everything to do with the card you have to contact Elan Financial If you contact Fidelity about the CC they will send you to Elan Financial I personally stopped using the card because of the poor customer service from Elan Financial
