For North America, I think it has to be the Greater Los Angeles Southern California area Continuous medium-density urban sprawl stretching over 90 miles north to south from Santa Clarita to San Clemente, and almost 160 miles of east-west urbanization from Ventura to Cabazon For Asia, I think Tokyo is hard to beat, if you see a satellite photo from above that greater Tokyo area stretches
