And another thing that ive forgotten to mention is that if i plug in a headphone through the headphone port, i can control the volume through the master control of volume using F-keys but the volume bar is in the control center is neither decreasing or increasing and still has a muted sign on it as you can see in the picture below

So what I wound up with was the boot volume with software bitlocker and the fixed data drive with hardware bitlocker The drives were also installed in the opposite order then what I wanted them due to confusing labeling on the motherboard and the amount of time involved in getting all the components out of the system in order to add remove M 2
