All you have to do is to click on the ATO link under services in MYGOV to access ATO Online Services Then you select the employment drop down and then income statements

I keep reading responses saying that if you are Power of Attorney for someone with dementia, you can lodge their returns using MyGov For the past few years I have been lodging paper returns on their behalf, as I was told this was the only method I could use since my parents did not have MyGov accounts I would so much prefer to use MyGov than paper since it so easy to make mistakes with paper

I can access myGov app hoever when I try and use the ATO service I need to login with myGov which is fine but cannot get a code from the code generator app There is also no option for SMS or email code I have tried to make a new myGov ID however my ID cannot be verified with the new myGov ID (and a different email address was needed)

I've been having issues with linking my ATO to my MyGov because basically my Australian ID has a small spelling mistake in my Middle name only missing one letter, which is because when I got my citizenship either my parents who applied for it or the immigration office made a mistake, meaning now my Australian passport doesn't match my other ID
