The vortex mod manager itself is not downloading im trying to get the new version, I've had it before, i have no idea what's wrong i click the download button and absolutely nothing happens please help

When trying to "manage" a game it says it "support for this game provided through an extension To use it you have to download the extension then restart Vortex " it gives the option to download Then i click download it just gets hung up on "installing game, vortex will restart upon completion" I have used Vortex before without issue

Vortex will move your downloads to the new place To move where your mods are deployed: Purge mods (simple button press), change directory in the settings (has to be another valid location)

I was premium long before vortex even existed, and it has gotten progressively worse over the years The download speeds very, even finding 300mb downloads taking longer than 1 gb or 30 mb download taking longer than a 60

I tried downloading mods today, and I can't anymore I turned off internet security etc, and that changed nothing I haven't installed any extensions or ad blockers or anything I've got no idea what could be causing this

in vortex, go to settings, interface and disable install mods when downloaded this will enable you to download all the mods in the collection without the installation process taking place see if that helps also, as you are premium, check under the download tab and see if your download threads value is set to 1 - if it is, you should be able to increase that value which can help with
