Then the next one icons background turned black moving mouse cursor over them, then created another one,, all back to normal Then tried creating another, the background on the 2nd monitor went black, the main remained normal but mousing over icons turned them black, this time right clicking and selecting refresh turned my main monitors

Start Menu>Settings>Devices>Mouse Window Navigate to the top right of the Mouse Window>Adjust Mouse and Cursor Size>Change Pointer Size and Color I think you can manage from there I don't know what color your font is, but it is so dim that it won't translate over to a quote when I'm in dark mode (necessary for eye issues)
