That monitor being my portrait orientation side monitor To move it around in windows 10, all you had to do is click and drag (so long as the task bar is unlocked) It seems you cannot do that in windows 11 Every tutorial says to make the monitor the primary in order to move the task bar which is terrible to do for a portrait display
