- Best way to connect Bolt to FiOS DVR? - TiVo Community Forum
The problem is she has existing FiOS service and for a variety of reasons she has to continue to use the Verizon host DVR for the main connection Am I right that in that situation, the only way she can add the Bolt to the setup is to either use a CC with the Bolt or run A V cables etc from the Bolt to the Verizon box? Anyone have any thoughts?

Again,I was on Verizon FiOS but now am on Frontier FiOS (since Verizon sold their lines in California (and other states) to Frontier) Is there any way to rollback the update and prevent it from updating again? EDIT: I still hadn't returned my DVR to Verizon (now Frontier) when I installed the TiVo Bolt TiVo Minis
- Verizon - No longer offering or reactivating existing Cable Cards
Since the house is new construction a new Verizon cable drop was installed and a new account was created I've been trying for several days to convince Verizon customer service to either send me a cable card registered to the new account or allow me to transfer my old account (including the cable card) to the new address Verizon won't budge
- List of cable providers that still give out CableCARDs. . .
Verizon has said that they will "soon" offer the existing FiOS TV service to customers with the new-style ONT, which will convert the TV stream from QAM to IPTV on the local home network

- Help! Question regarding Verizon FIOS and TIVO
Verizon Fios is fiber to your house and then coax throughout your house Cablecard support with Fios is excellent Your TiVo will need a cablecard supplied by Fios, and a coax connection to get the tv signal The TiVo will also need an internet connection - either Ethernet or Moca
- Substituting a TIVO for a Verizon FIOS DVR
Verizon 100% supports CC for new and existing customers Any statements to the contrary are just plain wrong Order service They send you a card You insert the card and either call or use self service website to activate card It couldn’t be simpler Fios is the model of how cc was meant to work all along
