It is "You're Korean, aren't you?" or "You're Korean, right?" The connotation of the じゃない part is that the speaker had assumed the listener is Korean, but is making sure 韓国人: あんまりキムチが好きじゃい。 じゃないですかと言うひと: 韓国人じゃいないですか?

焼肉 quite literally is 불고기 Afaik, there isn't really much distinction, but more knowledgeable citizens might know what you are talking about if you are saying 불고기 Otherwise you can just say 韓国-スタイル焼肉 to be overly specific?

As far as I know many country names are ended with 国 In the Anki Deck I'm currently learning with I already learned the names for China and South Korea which are 中国 ( ちゅうごく- China) and 韓国 (かんこく - South Korea) Now I dont understand why there is a differnce in pronounciation for 国 Is there a rule to it? Are those the only two options I just have to learn for
