If you don't have access to the device with your authentication app, enter your username and password then click the ‘Reset’ link

Subsequent Logins Using the Authenticator App After you setup your account to use the authenticator app, you will need to keep the app accessible during future login attempts On subsequent logins, you will only need to enter a code generated by the authentication app
