Since the latest Windows 10 upgrade every time the system boots up to the desktop I get a popup that says Classic Shell needs to configure for new OS I hit ok then a new dialog box pops up indicating that the administrator will not allow this to happen Now I have noticed that on initial startup the start button is a windows logo
