- Outlook in Office 365 shows empty inbox and no Sent Items folder
Also, her Outlook 2016 does not show a “Sent Items” folder like it did for the last 2 years If she uses a web browser to logon at www live com, her Outlook Mail web page on the web browser shows 44 messages in her Inbox and 87 messages in her Sent Items folder So, the e-mails are still there on the server

I suspect that changing from 365 to 2016 one-time payment keys is probably not allowed The simplest and cleanest approach is to uninstall 365 from the control panel, restart the computer then install using the right installation file that is associated with your new product key
