Becaus BPM set your 2nd monitor as PRIMARY your games launch there Once you exit BPM , it will set your 1st monitor BACK to primary Its basically automating the process of setting which monitor is primary But again its just masking the process to you The game must run ont he primary monitor, BPM just automates the swtiching process
