After studying 327 vs 357 loads and ballistics it is my humble opinion that the only advantage the 327 has over the 357 is recoil mitigation and the ability to shoot 32acp, 32S W, 32S W long, 32 H R Mag and 327 Fed Mag There is the argument which I agree with that the 32 caliber is a flat shooter

Which speed loader works best for the Ruger LCR with factory Hogue grips? I've read conflicting reports that the HKS speed loaders will and won't work well with the LCR The 5-Star speed loader is supposed to work very well with the LCR Safariland speed loaders are not supposed to work at all

The GP is heavy and any 327 loads I have shot it feels more like a 38 wadcutter load I would buy a 3" LCRX if Ruger would make it for a light accurate 327 and range gun to load down the smaller 32's

In a 20' inch barrel, 327 FM American Eagle 100 grain should be right about 2200 FPS Same ammo in 85 grain about 1900 FPS I dont know WHAT ammo they was using for their test to only get 1500 FPS in a 16' barrel , but it must have been pretty cool stuff AE 100 grains in a 16' say 2141 FPS while 85 grain say 1900 FPS

Has anyone converted a Bird's Eye, or any other 32 H R Magnum, to 327 Federal Magnum? I was wondering if the 32 H R Magnum cylinder would be long enough to extend the cartridge seating area to accommodate the length of the 327 brass and the length of the total cartridge? I have the SP 101
