I'm thinking that the 413 is a RB (raised B block) As all RB's had a 3 75 stroke, the cranks and rods are dimensionally the same Probably the same with the intake B blocks had a shorter deck height and shorter stroke (361-383-400) Shorter deck means B and RB intakes don't interchange
