All im trying to understand is it better to run much cooler or do you want to run at optimum temps for best performance as in between 45-60 degrees Celsius max for the cpu and the same for the gpu Personally Iv always been told the cooler you can run the better plus it makes component’s last longer when running cooler temps

Mine idles around 35~40°C normally, but with wallpaper engine set on max quality and framerate it gets to 45°C I have a mid-tower case with 3 front fans 1 rear fan and 2 fans up top on the aio radiator
