I got a 4Kscore test in May, 2016 Bottom line, the 4Kscore showed "high risk" but no cancer, even at PSA 9 7 Over time my PSA gradually crept up to 9 7 I was also tracking with PCA-3 tests, all of which showed "low risk" (scores 5 8 to 11) When PSA went from 6 2 to 9 7 over a 13 month period, I also got the 4Kscore test

I went to the urologist a year ago and he wanted me to take the 4KScore test I was reluctant since it is a derivative of the PSA test My score came back around 80% so of course he wanted to biopsy me I went and got an MRI and I am clear No need to become a human pin cushion If your MRIs are clean, I would skip the biopsy
