Solved: Hi, for the past 24 hours I've been unable to send any emails using my laptop and tablet connected via WiFi to my modem, nor from my phone

I get the same message (err code 553), even when sending a test email (no content) I also cannot forward previously received emails, which clearly did not contain any spam

Re: The Dreaded Error Code 553 How do you access the BTMail email account, do you use a web browser or an email client app? Can you log onto the MyBT account that the BTMail account is affiliated to and go to "Your Products, manage" then "Email, manage" Once there check to see what Account type is the email account?
