Hi, Firmware loaded is V6 3 7 10, I'm manually updating to V7 2 6 21 which only seemed to be available to download (and not in the auto updater) will get some shielded cables not sure whether the one that came with the Orbi is or not (isn't labeled as far as I can tell) Have it from the 10Gb port on the AT T router to the WAN port on the Orbi I have moved one of the satellites further away

What Firmware version is currently loaded? What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router CAT6 is recommended Be sure all IGMP protocols and any Green Ethernet features are disabled on the switch CAT6 is recommended For that size of home, the RBR and just 1 RBS

Thanks for the reply In this particular platform, I am unable to see the questions while replying, but here is some requested info: One level home with basement, roughly 1400sq level Main rbr750 and one rbs350 on main level, the second rbs350 in basement Main level is roughly 15 feet between units, basement to main is roughly 20-25 feet Both indicate strong connection to main rbr750
