Re: Factory mode MPC 307 Ricoh does not use a factory reset like some other brands do Apps can be removed and user tool settings can be reset to default Whatever you do, do not perform the reset in SP mode 5-801-01 'all clear'! It is not what you think and can cause you grief

if you have clean well all mirror and glass, run a calibration routine from user tools, check if the client dont have changed default settings in copy application, you can reset this from sp-801-copy application (only copy!!!) i did the calibrations and its a quite better but not good as a another 3003 that i have next to it
