Given your last post, I have two thoughts The cable is either disconnected or broken (within the protective sheath) or the drive mechanisim for the cable is kaputt On the Earlier 901 911 transmissions the angle drive for the speedo could break or in some cases completly come apart I have not seen this happen to a 915 box myself but things
